[Info-vax] Is there a later version of MySQL for VMS?

Try upgrading VMS first.  I have Apache/PHP/MySQL running on similar
hardware under V8.4 without issue.  I was on-site this past week at a
company running on Itanium V8.3-1H1.  Save for TOO much logging being
enabled, it was working fine there too.
