[Info-vax] lost contact with eva controllers

I have an EVA5000 that I had pulled a bad disk on and it was leveling, it never went above 0% thinking that there was a problem with command view and the eva was fine, I restarted the management console. still the same results level 0%.  so I decided one more time and voila I now get a message that there are no controllers in command view.  tried SSSU and message was there is no cell.

so I have no interface to the disks... or is it more than that? there is no support contract for this! I have all the spare parts in another eva 5000... big sigh
