[Info-vax] PL/I hobbyist licence now apparently available again

I'm not a PL/I person myself, but I know others here have been asking, so
I am just passing this along.

It's been reported on Eisner by Hunter that the Kednos Hobbyist licence
page has been fixed after a email exchange and that Hunter has been able
to successfully request a licence.

I have no more further information than that, but those of you who have
tried unsuccessfully recently may want to try again.
