Not sure if this is relevant, but the vaxmate 286 pc used the LK250 
keyboard,
which could be used on a standard pc by changing the cable to the dec 
one with a
standard din plug, instead of the vaxmate type. I bought an LK250 and 
the cable
new, so I could used the sedt keypad editor under dos / windows.

If its just the keypad layout you need, dec dealers may still have them 
in stock...
