Well, I asked myself the same... :-)

I first thought that it was my mail to the OpenVMS Program
Office, where I asked about this, but it was not.

It was my post where I wrote :

 > Argh !
 > Just saw that my lics expired 23-JAN-2012...
 > And now what... ?

that was forwarded to "someone" at HP by "a friend in the community".

That "someone" (I do not know if I can supply the name) then
asked me a few facts by personal mail to which I replied and
15 min later got my PAK's.

So I did nothing apart from posting "Argh!" on c.o.v... :-)

Outstanding and excellent service by HP !
