You should note that the process is now "moderated".  Here is a quote from John Egolf explaining the process:

"The request will come to HP and we'll fulfill the request vs. instantaneous fulfillment.  Normal turnaround should be within 30-60 mins but, depending on when request is made, it could take UP TO 24 hrs."

Just to keep expectations in check.
