Do you know if Mr Egolf has access to the database of existing hobbyists to
validate decus numbers ? For defunct chapters, it is impossible to varify a
decus number, and in the case of the montagar system, once you have
succesfully registered licences, you could continue to renew forever no
matter if the chapter ceased to exist or not.
