First you get a text mail with a copy of your registration data (name,
DECUS No., etc.).
My license (one attachment) arrived about half an hour later.

Btw. old PAK would have expired on 13-FEB-2012 the new one has
31-JAN-2013 as the termniation date.

No. AFAICT it's fully functional.
