That's right, according to the Multia/UDB VMS notes, >=40 Mbyte is
suggested.  I don't know if it's 'recommended' or 'required', that
wasn't explicitly mentioned.

However, I don't need >=40 Mbyte to try out whether I can perform
a foreign boot.  If I can't perform a foreign boot, then I can't
do much else from there on.

Interestingly enough, Tru64 UNIX V5.1B-6 (the latest, that I'm
aware of) didn't require a complex foreign boot and would actually
boot nicely up to the point it detects that the system doesn't
meet the minimally required amount of RAM (which I believe was
64 Mbyte).

I also tried NetBSD, not expecting it'd be such a pain and it
couldn't live with the fact that the NVR/TOY is defective and
demands that the time is set accurately (the error literally
complains about a "preposterous date") before it can continue.
