By the by, Phillip, clearly you are a man of strong opinions.

So what is your plan, roadmap and strategy for getting VMS out of it's
supernal funk?

Surely you have an opinion?

HP probably has a german subsidiary, is it listed on the stock
exchange? (showing my ingnorance about such matters), do you have any
HP shares? Ever envisaged in engaging in shareholder activism? The
owners of VMS are the sharehoiders of HP, management (very
theoretically) is there to preserve and extend HP's assets, and
generate revenue from them, on behalf of the shareholders, etc, etc.

Get embarrassingly pertinent information recorded in the AGM minutes,
etc.

Productive fun for the clean-handers.
