Hmm.

I think the programming and sysadm was somewhat different.

IBM may still make money on AIX, but the big commercial
unixes (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX) are loosing marketshare
quickly.

The point they are being sol on now are:
- they are good for very big database servers
- they have various Linux compatibility kits
