Have you tried restarting your SMTP service on the machine in question ?

I've seen weird random problems in the past which required a SMTP restart
to fix.

Try shutting down SMTP and restarting it. If that doesn't fix it, then
congratulations, you may have found another problem with the current
TCP/IP code base. :-)

As a workaround, if it's a permanent problem, try creating a distribution
list file for the destination email address.
