They almost certainly are. If the SMTP queues are running, the queue
entry may have been deleted before sending to the next SMTP server in
the chain was completed.

You should also also do a "sh que/all tcp*" to see the state of your
SMTP queues.
You should also look in the SMTP logs (on the system disk in
[sys0.tcpip$smtp] for me) to see if there are any useful messages.
