Bob,
     Hari Muzumdar from the OpenVMS Programs office just contacted me
by email; apparently they did in fact forward my request into HP but
hadn't CC'd me on it; they contacted the same person I had already
been directed to by the other contact, so considered it handled when
they heard she was already working with us.  So followup was made by
them, just notification missed.  I thought the one message I received
back prior to getting to the person I needed was from that other
contact but it was in fact from the OpenVMS Program Office.

So my apologies to the folks at the Office of OpenVMS Programs; they
did respond even if they weren't the first ones to make the connection
to the person we needed.

If you think it appropriate to forward that update/correction and
apology into HP, please do so.  I have already emailed Hari back.
