A MUCH bigger jump.

I took a stable V7.3-2 system, updated it to V8.4 and TCPIP V5.7 ECO3.
I've had much going on in my personal life here in the past week, so I
haven't had much time to really delve into the problems with this.  If
I have to, I'll go back to V7.3-2.  Private email if you're interested
in the goings on that have been keeping me occupied outside of VMS.
