I've just had a response back from support.

While they can duplicate the problem in the Engineering images, they
cannot duplicate the problem with the test input file in TCP/IP V5.7 ECO 3.

Therefore, this specific problem looks like it's a just a problem in
the TCP/IP Engineering image. However, I would suggest you still carry
out your own tests on any ECO changes just to be on the safe side in
case your specific files trigger any other similar bugs.
