Many thanks to MG, Keith and Michael. I appreciated the quick response
and the many links. I chose the shark2 image. I was able to convert it
to pict format
and imported it into TurboCAD on the Mac. With the proper scaling it
fits perfectly. By the way the original CD Insert dimensions were
incorrect. They should
have been 5 inches wide and 4.75 inches hiigh.

When I am finished creating the new inserts I will somehow make them
available to the VMS community.
