Correction: I just got hold of an old copy of "HP-OpenSSL-1.2" (HP-
AXPVMS-SSL-V0102--1.AXPEXE) which was published in Dec-2004 and
s_client is broken there as well so everything after CPQ-OpenSSL-1.1B
is affected.
