z9 EC supports a maximum of 512 GB of physical memory. That is a long
way from 64 bits...
z9 BC supports a maximum of 64 GB. Even less than the EC.
As for POWER, I assume you mean the PowerPC range of CPUs? You should
really be more specific, since this differs for every implementation.
The e6500, which is the newest I know of, can address a maximum of 1 TB.
That chip is not even in production yet, but anyway.
1 TB is 40 address pins, which is far from 64.
