Somebody said 3T but yeah, a very very long way to 2^64.

And I remember when 16K sounded so huge...

IBM is real proprietary about all the mainframe stuff. Most of us who
learned it were around when they were a little more helpful but it still
took a lot of digging. Most of the physical specifications and details are
only known to companies like Fujitsu when they spend millions of dollars
sawing open IBM boxes so they can rip them off. The Japanese guys probably
know more about what IBM is doing than any of us.
