A quick check seems to imply that Axis/C does more or less (probably
with slightly differect APIs) the same job as the current gSOAP
port for OpenVMS. I'm currently using gSOAP in production use
(over 2 years now). Maybe if one have something that currently
uses Axis/C on another platform that you'd like to move right
over to OpenVMS as-is...
