[Info-vax] VMS VAX and SimH VAX

Today I tried to boot up VMS VAX V7.3 with SimH VAX V3.8-1.
I'm using the CD image provided by HP, via the Hobbyist
program.

I 'attached' the CD image to the virtual device "RQ3" and
this is what I get:

I have also tried setting "RQ3" to "CDROM", but that gave me
the same result.

Am I overlooking something?  Any help or advice will be appre-
ciated.
