Those messages were output because I booted from the installation CDROM
image. Naturally being a read only device there isn't much point having
page or dump files present on it.
BTW I've just downloaded the latest SimH 3.9 Release Candidate, so I'll
be playing with it for a while. Feel free to ask away.
