DEFAULT is a command in Authorize as well as a 'username'.

UAF>  DEFAULT  /UIC=[###,###]  /wsquota=   /bytlm= .... etc

I don't know how far back this goes but it works with VAX/VMS V7.3 and
newer Alpha/Itanium so its been around a while.
