Not ever VMS shop is large enough to be fortunate enough to have the
privilege of having a contact within HP.

And HP has been closing a lot of local offices in recent years as well,
so having contacts at HP is even harder.

Also, HP is not going to give you the real time of day. HP employees
will give you the script they have been told to tell customers. If you
are to talk to HP, you should also read the Oracle court documents to
get the other side of the coin.
