If you have access to the VMS consolidated software CDs, it is on that 
disk set.

I do not know of any public download.

The first thing to do with DECServers is to make a copy of the download 
image in the download directory with your own unique name for that model 
DECserver.  You need the original name for Decservers that have been 
factory defaulted.

Then change the DECServer to download that image and reboot it.

The decserver MOP image download request ignores the terminal server 
name and only and will accept the first download that responds.

So you might already have a MOP server with a newer image on it, but the 
MOP server with the older image is wining the race for a download.

Only TSM needs a decserver MAC address in the DECNET database to contact 
it.  The MOP downloader ignores that information.
