Not sure about Alpha, but the Itanium version has been updated to V3.0 
within the past year.  No new features if I remember correctly, but several 
bugfixes were included.  It might be one of the most recent compilers to be 
updated.  For instance, Pascal hasn't been updated since I left the project.
