Looked at the sources.  All PL/1 was converted to C back in 2002.  I see a 
mixture of Macro-32, BLISS, and C.  Looking at the dates, even the VAX PL/1 
version had the Macro-32 and BLISS modules (I saw edit dates for the BLISS 
modules going tall the way to the 1980s).
