Fuck Chrome and fuck Google too. On Wednesday, the Google doodle was a
pseudo-Mini-Moog synthesizer to honor the birthday of Robert Moog. It
was also used to push Chrome -- especially, after reports had it besting
M$IE -- and it did so by crippling the doodle on a number of browsers.

I'm glad to see M$IE go but if Google is going to play the same games as
the evil Redmond empire then, it's only a bittersweet victory.

I will see Michelle Moog (Bob's daughter) in a couple of weeks and I will
ask her to voice a complaint (hers will carry more clout) about using her
father's legacy to promote this sort of sleezy marketing push by Google.
