[Info-vax] DECW and migration from 8.3 alpha to 8.4

	Hello,

	I have upgraded my AS800 (graphic adapter S3) from OpenVMS 8.3 to
	8.4. All work fine except DECW (or console).

	When system boots, I see SRM console but when OpenVMS banner is
	printed, monitor prints "frequency out of range". Same
	configuration worked fine with 8.3.

	If I restart DECW with 

$ set proc/priv=all
$ @SYS$STARTUP:DECW$STARTUP RESTART

	my monitor wakes up with a correct frequency.

	I'm not sure that trouble comes from DECW, maybe from console
	itself, but I haven't found any solution...
