Without more information this is a SWAG: did you make changes to DECW
$STARTUP.COM?
The DECW startup sequence calls a DCL file with a name like DECW
$PRIVATE_SERVER.COM.
That file ought to be modified to specify your monitor's
specifications. That file won't be replaced during an upgrade.
I suspect your parameters were put in a file that did get replaced, or
the system defaults changed and your monitor just doesn't comply.
