Actually, and you keep misquoting it, I quoted myself properly, albeit not
fully, as the original line was, and still is, in the thread.

I'm not dragging anything out. I attempted to clarify but that seems
impossible with you.

Ah! I see the problem. You can't read.
As above, the question was "What platform(s) do you want to run Hercules
on?" but you seem to be answering a question I didn't ask, since you wrote
"it could've been OS/390", you're answering the question what OS do you want
to run on Hercules, but I didn't ask that, and no, I'm positive you can't
run Hercules on OS/390. You may have tried to run OS/390 on Hercules. But
you really don't remember. With your games and incomprehensible
"explanations" this could take awhile. But it's not going to, because after
I send this you're going to magically appear in my killfile.
So many idiots, so little time...
Was the problem that:
1) You can't get a working copy of Hercules on Windows?
2) You can't get a working copy of Hercules on Linux?
3) You can't get a working copy of Hercules on some other OS it doesn't run
on?
4) You got Hercules installed but couldn't configure it?
5) You got Hercules installed and couldn't install an OS on it?
6) You got Hercules installed and an OS installed on it but couldn't get the
OS configured?
7) You're a complete idiot and can't follow directions?
See? That's the kind of information you could have given. So I'm betting on
number 7 but maybe you'll surprise us.

I was trying to help you since you expressed an interest in running
Hercules. Hint: you can't run Hercules on OS/390. But you seem to be
interested in playing word games. Your comment was System Z isn't a good
general purpose OS. That is incorrect. You seem to be distracted
easily. Maybe that's why you can't get anything built, installed, running,
etc. Bye!
