[Info-vax] VMS port to x86

I'm willing to do it.  Give me what Hoff, Goldstein etc had back in the 
day: a permanent job where I'm paid to develop VMS, enough resources to 
do so, a big enough team to make it happen within a reasonable time.  
Wanting to do it is not enough.  One has to have the resources.  Again, 
maybe unix can be done in one's spare time, but not VMS.

How many lines of code is VMS?
