[Info-vax] OpenVMS 35th anniversary

> HP OpenVMS will be celebrating its 35th anniversary on Oct 25th 2012. 

This is a big change from the 30th where it was only after HP totally
ignored the date (while touting anniversary of its calculators) that it
relented and posted something on its web site a few months after the fact.

Remains to be seen what HP corporate will do, but at least VMS
engineering has had the guts to contact customers and try to plan
something to mark the event.
