People make the wrong assumption that Windows 8 will be the same for
mobile, desktop and tablet.

You're not going to be able to run apps compiled for the destop on your
windows mobile phone. (and you wouldn't want to either since the UI
elements designed for mouse/keyboard will be ill suited for phone)

So when looking at Windows market share for mobile, you will have to
take this with a huge grain of salt.
