The low-end is where this cloud stuff really shines, if you have a 
sufficiently capacious network link.

Once you strip off the marketing, a cloud backup can be the same thing 
as shoving a saveset onto a remote VMS host.

For this case, transferring the data over to an x86 box running simh or 
one of the Alpha emulators is also quite viable.
