The Alpha emulator AlphaVM (including AlphaVM-free) from EmuVM runs on 
Linux x64 in addition to Windows, and vtAlpha from AVTware runs either 
standalone or under Xen or KVM under Linux, or under VMware, in addition 
to under Hyper-V under Windows. And SIMH runs on Linux if what you want 
is VAX emulation.
