You will want to include some basic information in your questions.
For starters, what OpenVMS version(s) are involved?
Is this a cluster?
If so, are there disks with these device names (DKA100, DKA200, DKA300,
DKA400) on both hosts?
What are the allocation classes of each of the hosts involved?
If there are disks with these disk device names on both (or multiple)
hosts, what is the storage interconnect involved?
If you have not already done so, please go read the shadowing manual.
That's available at <http://www.hp.com/go/openvms/doc>
In general, do not use the host allocation class 1 for anything other
than fibre channel devices.

That's not the full output from that command; I'm going to assume the
command or the output (or both) was edited.

Um, did these devices ever exist? If they did, then the question then
becomes "where did they go?", and the information that's been provided
here isn't enough to determine that.

Remove them? They're not part of the shadowsets.

The "failed" volumes are not in the shadowsets.
Please post the output from the SHOW DEVICE D command. Or if your
OpenVMS configuration is new enough to support this command, please
post the output from SHOW SHADOW DSA0: and SHOW SHADOW DSA1:
