If you're not forced to sign an NDA, let us know.  I couldn't get a 
quote for a hobbyist system.  I couldn't even get anyone to tell me 
where to ask for one.

Note that under the new hobbyist program, it is possible to get some 
software, IIRC including a recent update patch.  That might fit your 
bill.  (My hobbyist licenses will expire soon, so I will be 
investigating this soon.)
