Please, can you define your idea of misconfigured machine ?
The Jensen can reach the world outside with TCP/IP (mainly ftp and telnet),
the inner network with TCP/IP and LAT.
Obviously, can be reached the same way.

It has other services starting at boot, but I'll remove them since 
I don't need them.

The Oracle server is now functional.

Next step will be to set up "normal users" and possibly a GUEST account.
I paved and nuked other DEC systems, since their HDs had been erased.

I think of having been correct. If I was wrong somehow it was accidental.

I listen to everyone's opinion but I'm free to decide my strategy. Can't I ?
