No, I was simply commenting that some seems to think that c.o.v
is some official route to the VMS maintainers. It might have
been a couple of decades ago, but I do not think it is today.

And yes, I always encourage anyone to use Rdb.
It's simply the best. :-)

"Playing around" is what you do with a hobbyist system.

OK. I haven't seen that writing. I remember from sometimes
a few years ago that Oracle thought it was OK if you
just "played around" with it.
