I know who Niklaus Wirth was and I've been doing various kinds of 
structured programming in assorted languages for 30 years, and I had 
just reread that very Wikipedia article before posting in case it gave 
me any clue as to what you were talking about.  It didn't.  If you mean 
that a language has type safety and subroutines, why not just say so?
