What Steven said.  256MB are the biggest sticks that will work.  Memory is constrained to 2GB total (8x256MB).  PC100 works for sure.  PC133 *might*.  It actually takes PC83 but the PC100 is close enough.  Definitely registered (or "buffered" is an alias for registered).  I think I have the Infineon sticks in my 2 systems.
