Pretty much anything in that list would be reasonable for what you're 
describing.

Lately, Radeon 7500 (non-Mobility!) PCI is probably the nicest, though 
they're getting a little more expensive.

The PowerStorm 3D30 and 4D20 were pretty good for their time, but some 
can get a little wonky with some LCD displays; some of those 
controllers weren't good at 60 Hz.

The ELSA GLoria Synergy is very slow, and not one I'd choose.
