I have got:

AA-DY65D-TE MicroVMS Workstation Video Device Driver Manual.pdf

which might contain what you want.

The manual is for VWS V3.0 - supported by VMS version V4.4, probably to V4.7
VMS V5 and VWS 4.x might be different.
