124 pages, 68 MB versus the original's 55 MB.

I have only done random spot checks on the character recognition and 
most of it appears to be OK.  Please let me know if sections are bad, 
and I'll look at doing them again.

It got the d|i|g|i|t|a|l logo on the first page as "dagligan" - I wasn't 
expecting anything there :-)
