Obviously not!  Or, perhaps, the testing was insufficiently rigorous!

You have to remember that VMS is not a big money maker like ink and
toner!

They will get it fixed eventually.  It might even work.

I hope you didn't install in production without first testing the 
upgrade!  It's almost always a good policy to install on a test system 
and make sure they didn't add a fresh batch of bugs!

If you are paying for software support, light a fire under the support
people!
