As an aside, I have this Fortran from 24-APR-2009

$ type hello.for
cDEC$ IDENT '1.2.3'
   program hello
   print *,"Hello World."
   end program hello

Yes, I was testing the behaviour of the cDEC$ directive here, which
possibly opens up another can of worms.
