	I don't understand. When you try to write a real clone of a running
	operating system, you cannot presuppose your new OS will replace the
	existing one. The goal is to offer the same API than regular OpenVMS
	on several architectures.

	A microkernel should be agnostic (XNU or Mach are not microkernels
	but hybrids as they contains unixisms). Thus, it doesn't contain any
	unixism, any windowism or any vmsism and you have to write several
	servers (sigma0/roottask in L4 vocabulary) to add some flavors to
	your OS.
