Don't you just hate that.  And it's never in a format that makes it easy
on VMS.  I always have to massage their stream format to get rid of the
unwanted/unwarranted <CR><LF>s.

You'll need the VMS PAK and the TCPIP PAK at a min.  Copy and load those
and then configure TCPIP so that you can sft/ftp the PAK procedure.  Come
back and ask if you need to clean up the <CR><LF>s.
